Order Processing: Orders go through the following stages:
- Order Received
- Processing
- Prepared/Complete
- Dispatched
- Assigned to Rider
- Out for Delivery
- Delivered
Payment: We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and cash on delivery where available.
Pricing: All prices are displayed in local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

ShahAlam Dairies is a dairy products delivery service that connects customers with fresh dairy products through our mobile application and website. We facilitate online ordering, payment processing, and delivery services for dairy products in our service areas.
Delivery Services
Delivery Areas: We deliver within specified service areas. Delivery availability depends on your location.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided but may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Rider Services: Our delivery riders are independent contractors who will deliver your orders to the specified address.
Delivery Attempts: If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
Account Registration and Login

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan
